As a trader, you might want to trade the DowJones30 index. But the DowJones30 symbol may not show up in this MT4 indices list, as seen below.

For example in MetaTrader 4 software Indices Symbols/Quotes list below only five fx currency pairs are shown and DowJones30 Indices symbol is not shown.

To locate other DowJones30 Indices symbols not currently visible, you can utilize a right-click operation on the Market Watch window, producing a pop-up menu as shown and displayed below. The subsequent panel window listing these Index symbols will then appear.
