Periodicity Tool Bar Menu in Bitcoin Platform
Periodicity just means time-frames, in MT4 this tool-bar is used to choose which time-frame to trade with.
The time-frames listed are:
- 1 Minute - M1
- 5 Minutes - M5
- 15 Min - M15
- 30 Minutes - M30
- H1 - H1
- 4 Hour - 4H
- Daily - D1
- Weekly - W1
- Monthly - MN
As a bitcoin trader you only require to trade with only about three chart timeframes, e.g. let's say one only requires the 15 minute, the 1 hour & the 4 hours chart timeframe, then on the periodicity tool bar a trader can hide all the others that aren't required by using the following technique and method.
How to Customize
To add a tool not listed above a btc/usd trader has to follow the steps outlined below
- Right Click at the tool-bar button to the left (It looks like a stack of coins), displayed below
2. Press on customize
After following the above steps the customize window pop up will appear and be shown just as is illustrated & shown below:
Select like shown above and click the remove button.
The window window panel pop up will then look like:
On the platform the periodicity tool bar will now look like the example illustrated below:
Using the above setup as a bitcoin trader you can save space within your MT4 ==22==softwareplatformsoftware--platform work space by hiding the time-frames which you are not trading with.
