How to Place Indicators in MT4 Charts
Step 1: Open The Platform/Software Navigator Window
Open Navigator panel like shown and shown - Go to the 'View' menu (then click) and then choose 'Navigator' window panel (click), or From the Standard Tool-Bar click the 'Navigator' button or press short-cut key-board keys 'Ctrl+N'
Within the Navigator panel, expand the 'Indicators' section by double-clicking it.

Step 2: Open the indicators menu in the Navigator
To see the indicator options, click the plus (+) button/tool marked +, or double click the 'indicators' menu: then, this button will change to (-) and a list will appear as you can see below.

From the aforementioned window, you are then empowered to impose any indicator you desire as a trader onto the trading chart surface.
Placing Bears Power on a Chart
Step 1: Choose the Bears Power button from the MetaTrader 4 indicators list as displayed below:

Step 2: Double-click on the Bears Power Button and hit okay to add the Technical Indicator to the chart, as shown below.

Edit Indicator Settings
To modify settings, right-click on the Indicator, choose the properties option, and then adjust the property settings through the pop-up menu that appears before clicking the OK button after your changes.

The following small window appears, and the Bears Power settings can be changed and fixed using this small window.
