How to Place Indicators on MT4 XAUUSD Charts

Step 1: Open The Platform Navigator Window

Open the Navigator window as displayed and illustrated below - Go to "View" menu (then click) & then choose "Navigator" panel (click), or From the Standard Tool-Bar click "Navigator" button or press shortcut keyboard keys "Ctrl+N"

On the Navigator window, choose 'Technical Indicators', (Double Click)

Step 2: Expand the Indicators Menu on the Navigator

Expand the indicator menu by clicking expand button marker (+) or double click "indicators" menu, after that, this button key will then now appear as (-) and will now show as a listing as illustrated below.

From the Above window you then can place any indicator that you want on the chart.

Setting CCI on Trading Chart

Step 1: Select the CCI button on the MetaTrader 4 list of technical indicators as shown below:

Step 2: Double click the CCI Button Key, and click okay to attach the indicator in the chart as illustrated and shown below:

To Change the Settings, right click the CCI, choose properties and then edit the properties of the CCI XAUUSD Indicator using the popup menu that appears & then click ok after changing the settings.

The following pop up window appears and the settings can be edited from this pop up.
