How to Place Indicators on MT4 XAU/USD Charts
Step 1: Open The Platform Software Navigator Panel
Open the Navigator window as displayed & shown below - Go to "View" menu (then click) & then choose and select "Navigator" panel (press), or From the Standard Tool Bar click "Navigator" button or press shortcut key board keys "Ctrl+N"
On the Navigator panel, choose 'Indicators', (Double Press)
Step 2: Expand the Technical Indicators Menu in the Navigator
Expand technical indicator list menu by clicking the unfold + button tool mark '+' or double-click "indicators" menu, after that, this button will then now be shown as (-) & will now show as a listing like shown below.
From the Above window you then can place any indicator that you as a trader want on the chart.
Setting CCI on Trading Chart
Step 1: Select/Choose the CCI button on the MT4 list of indicators like shown below:
Step 2: Double click the CCI Button Key, & press ok button to attach the indicator on the chart like is illustrated & shown below:
Edit CCI Setting
To Change the Settings, right click the CCI, choose properties and then edit properties of the CCI XAUUSD Indicator using the popup menu that appears and then click ok after changing the settings.
The following pop up window panel appears and the settings can be edited using this pop up.
