Place Alligator Indicator in Chart

How to Place Indicators in MetaTrader 4 Charts

Step 1: Open The Platform Navigator Window

Open the Navigator window as displayed and illustrated below - Go to "View" menu (then click) & then select "Navigator" panel (click), or From the Standard Tool Bar click "Navigator" button key or press shortcut keyboard keys "Ctrl+N"

On the Navigator window, choose 'Indicators', (DoubleClick)

Step 2: Expand the Indicators Menu on the Navigator

Expand the indicator menu by clicking expand button marker (+) or double click "indicators" menu, after that, this button key will then now appear as (-) and will now show as a listing as illustrated below.

From the Above window you then can place any indicator that you want on the chart.

Placing Alligator Technical Indicator

Step 1: Select the Alligator button on the MetaTrader 4 list of as shown on the example illustrated below:

Step 2: Double click the Alligator Button Key, & click okay to attach the technical indicator in the chart as displayed & illustrated below:

Edit Alligator Indicator Settings

To Change the Settings, right click the Technical Indicator, select properties settings and then edit the properties using the pop up menu that appears and then click ok button after you change settings.

The following pop up window appears and Alligator settings can be edited from this pop up.
