Place Momentum in Chart in the MT4 Platform
This learn tutorial will explain how to place Momentum Indicator on Trade Chart on the MetaTrader 4 Software. For Technical analysis: Technical analysis of xauusd Momentum Trading Indicator.
How to Add Indicators on MT4 Charts
Step 1: Open The Platform Software Navigator Panel
Open the Navigator window like is illustrated and shown below - Go to "View" menu (then click) and then choose/select "Navigator" window panel (click), or From the Standard Tool Bar click "Navigator" button key or press shortcut key board keys "Ctrl+N"
On the Navigator panel, select 'Indicators', (DoublePress)
Step 2: Expand the Technical Indicators Menu in the Navigator
Expand menu list by clicking the expound + button ' + ' or double-click "indicators" menu, & after that the button then will now be shown as (-) and will now be shown as a list just as illustrated and shown below.
From the Above panel you then can place any indicator that you as a trader want on the chart.
MT4 Momentum Indicators
Step 1: Select and Choose the Momentum button on the MT4 list of technical indicators as shown below:
Step 2: Double Click the Momentum Button, & click ok to place it on the trading chart just as displayed and shown below:
Edit Indicator Setting
To Change the Settings, rightclick in the Momentum Trading Indicator, choose properties settings and then edit properties using pop up menu that appears and then click ok button after you change settings.
The following pop up window appears and Indicator properties can be edited using this pop up.
