Place Momentum in Chart in the MT4 Platform
This learning lesson will demonstrate how to position the Momentum Indicator on a Trade Chart within the MetaTrader 4 Software. For Technical analysis: Technical analysis of xauusd Momentum Trading Indicator.
How to Add Indicators on MT4 Charts
Step 1: Open The Platform Software Navigator Panel
Open the Navigator window as shown below. Go to the "View" menu and click it. Select the "Navigator" panel. Or use the toolbar button for Navigator. Press Ctrl+N on your keyboard.
On the Navigator panel, select 'Technical Indicators', (DoubleClick)
Step 2: Expand the Technical Indicators Menu in the Navigator
Expand menu list by clicking the expound + button ' + ' or double-click "indicators" menu, & after that the button then will now be shown as (-) and will now be shown as a list just as illustrated and shown below.
From the Above panel then you can place any indicator that you as a trader need on the chart.
MT4 Momentum Indicators
First, find and click the Momentum button in the MT4 group of technical tools as it is presented here:
Step 2: Double-click the Momentum button and click OK. It places the indicator on the chart below.
Edit Indicator Setting
To alter the specifications, right-click on the Momentum Trading Indicator, select 'properties settings,' revise the settings using the menu that materializes, and finalize the changes by clicking the 'okay' button.
