Place Volumes Indicator on Chart in MT4 Platform Software
This Lesson will describe how to area Volumes Indicator in a Chart in the MT4 alternate Platform.

How to Place Indicators on MT4 Charts
Step 1: Open The Platform/Software Navigator Window
Open Navigator window just as shown and shown below - Navigate & go to 'View' menu (then click on it) and then choose 'Navigator' window (click), or From the Standard Tool-Bar click 'Navigator' button key or press short-cut key-board keys 'Ctrl+N'
Locate the "Indicators" menu in the Navigator window and execute a double-click on "Indicators"

Step 2: Expand Indicators Menu in the Navigator
Make the menu bigger by clicking the open tool button that looks like a plus sign ( + ) or by double-clicking the 'indicators' menu. This button will then change to (-) and show a list like the one shown below.

From the above panel, you, as a gold trader, can place any indicator that you desire onto the trading chart.
Setting Volumes on Chart
Step 1: pick the Volumes button on the MT4 listing of indicators simply as illustrated underneath:

Step 2: Double-click the Volumes Button Key and press the OK button to add the indicator to the chart as illustrated below:

Edit Indicator Setting
If you want to alter the settings, right-click the Volumes tool, choose settings, then change what you want in the window that appears, and then press the OK button after you've changed things.

A popup window shows next. Edit indicator settings there.
