Place Zigzag Technical Indicator in Chart in MetaTrader 4

How to Place Indicators in MetaTrader 4 Charts
Step 1: Open The Platform/Software Navigator Window
Open Navigator panel just as illustrated & shown below - Go to 'View' menu (then click) and then choose 'Navigator' window panel (click), or From the Standard Tool-Bar click the 'Navigator' button or press short-cut key-board keys 'Ctrl+N'
On Navigator window, select 'Indicators', (DoublePress)
Step 2: Expand Technical Indicators Menu on the Navigator
Expand the menu by pressing the expand(+) button marker (+) or double-click the 'indicators' menu, after this the button then will now be shown as (-) and will now be revealed as a list like as displayed below.
From the Above panel you as a gold trader can then place any trading indicator that you as a trader want onto the trading chart.
Setting Zigzag on Chart
Step 1: Select the Zigzag button on the MetaTrader 4 list of technical indicators just as displayed below:
Step 2: Double click the Zigzag Button, and click ok to place it on the trading chart just as illustrated & displayed below:
Edit Zigzag Technical Indicator Settings
To Change Settings, right-click on Zigzag, select properties settings & then edit property settings using the popup menu that appears and then click ok button key after you change settings.
The following popup window appears & the Zigzag settings can be changed and edited using this pop-up window.
