How to Place Indicators in MT4 Charts

Step 1: Open The Platform/Software Navigator Window

Open the Navigator window as shown. Go to View menu and select Navigator. Or click the Navigator icon on the toolbar. You can also hit Ctrl+N.

In the Navigator panel, pick Indicators with a double press.

Step 2: Expand the Indicators Menu in the Navigator

To see the indicator list, click the plus (+) sign button or double-click the 'indicators' menu: then, this button will change to a minus (-) sign and display a list as shown below.

From the aforementioned window, you are then empowered to impose any indicator you desire as a trader onto the trading chart surface.

Placing Accumulation Distribution on Chart

Step 1: Select the Accumulation Distribution button from the MT4 list as illustrated below:

Step 2: Click twice on the Accumulation Distribution Button, then click okay to put the tool on the chart, like shown below:

To tweak Accumulation/Distribution settings, right-click the indicator. Pick properties, adjust via the pop-up, then click OK.

The subsequent popup window appears, allowing for the modification and adjustment of Indicator parameters through the popup panel.
