How to Open a Stock Index Demo Account in MetaTrader 4
Stock Index demo accounts are used by beginner traders to practice & learn how to trade the stock index trading market.
A demo stock index account is also used by traders to learn about the workings of a stock index platform - for examples the MetaTrader 4 stock index practice account can be used by traders to learn how the MetaTrader 4 software works.
Once a trader opens a stock index demo account in MT4 platform, the demo account can be used to login to the MT4 platform. Once a trader opens and logs in to their MT4 platform using the MT4 stock index demo account they can then open stock index charts, interpret stock index charts & open stock index trades in MetaTrader 4 platform using this MT4 stock index practice account.
To open this stock index demo account a trader will first need to sign up with their stock index broker and specify to open MT4 stock index practice account after which they will be issued with a MT4 stock index demo account login number & password.
Using this login account number & the account password stock index traders can then login to the MT4 platform and place trades on their demo account using this MT4 platform software.
Opening A MT4 Stock Index Demo Account from MetaTrader 4
Stock Index traders can also open a stock index MT4 demo account from the MT4 software.
To open a stock index MT4 practice account from the MT4 platform a trader will first need to download the MT4 software.
After downloading MetaTrader 4 software a trader will then need to setup MT4 software on their computer.
After installing the MT4 platform on their computer a trader will then need to open the MT4 platform on their computer and from the MT4 platform workspace a trader will then follow procedure described below so as to open a Stock Index Demo Trading Account on the MT4 Platform.
- Choose File Menu at the Top Left Corner of MT4 software
- Select Open Stock Index Account from the File Drop Down Menu
- Select Open Stock Index Demo Account Option
- A MT4 Stock Index Demo Account Sign up Panel will then appear prompting you as the beginner stock index trader to register for a MetaTrader 4 stock index practice account.
Once you register for the MT4 stock index practice account you will then be provided with stock index account log in details - MT4 Demo Account Login Number and Login Password.
You can then use these MT4 practice account login details to sign in to your MT4 Stock Index Demo Account. To login to your MT4 stock index trading account you can use the following procedure:
- Open MT4 software that is installed on your PC computer Desktop PC
- Choose File Menu at the Top Left Corner of MT4 software
- Select Stock Index Account Log in from the File Drop Down Menu
- Select Demo Account Sign in Option
- A MT4 Stock Index Demo Account Login up Panel will then appear prompting you to enter your MetaTrader 4 stock index demo account sign in number & password.
- Click Log in
Once you click the log in button key you will then be logged in to your MT4 stock index demo account and you can then use your MetaTrader 4stock index demo account to open stock index trades on MetaTrader 4 software.
