After you have signed up for a gold demo practice account - you'll use the account log in credentials & you as a trader can use then download and install MT5 software on your computer. If you have not installed any software before go to the folder where you downloaded it (don't know where that is, just do this Press both Ctrl & J i.e. CTRL+J or (CTRL+Y) Keys on your keyboard, and your downloads will pop up), double click the download MT5 file and click next, next until you finish installing.

After you have installed the MetaTrader 5 software you will then open the MT5 platform from the begin menu of your PC computer. After you've opened the MT5 platform you will see the MT5 platform interface you will be working with which might seem complicated at first but it is not.
