Difference between Forex Stop Entry Order and Stop-Loss Order

Forex Stop Entry Order - Stop orders are set to buy above or to sell below the current market price. Stop entry orders are automatically executed to open new trades once the market price gets-to the particular stop entry price region.

Stop Loss Order - Stop loss orders are orders set by traders to close a trade automatically after price has headed against their open trade transaction by a number of specified pips. This is done to prevent more losses for that particular trade. A stop loss is automatically executed by MetaTrader 4 platform.

Another difference is that forex stop entry orders open new trades while forex stop loss order close open trade transactions.
