Opening an Offline Chart on MetaTrader 5

In MetaTrader 5 you may want to open an offline chart & analyze this chart without having it updating in real time. Although it isn't often that a trader wants to open an offline chart, This MT5 option is provided for in the MetaTrader 5 XAUUSD Platform.

Shown below, the File Navigation drop-down menu the second option is that of opening an offline chart.

Once a trader clicks the open offline chart a pop up panel will appear, a trader can then select which offline chart to open from this pop up menu.

From the above popup menu a trader can then open any offline chart that's listed above, the number of gold price bars that have been saved within a specific offline saved gold trading chart is recorded as the number of price bars as well as the date from which the gold trading chart is saved up to the last moment that it got updated.

This MetaTrader 5 option isn't required so much in trading but it's good to explain it for guide purposes.
