XAUUSD MetaTrader Accounts Login

Before opening any trade on the MT5 software, you will be required to log in to your MetaTrader Account and get authenticated before gaining access. Authentication is confirming to see if the details you provide for Username and Password are correct details for your MetaTrader Account.

To begin trading in MT5, just click on 'File', then select & click 'Login' button from the file drop-down menu as shown below.

As a trader once you click this sign-in button, then a popup panel will pop-up prompting you to in put your User Name and Password as shown and portrayed below:

Once you input your Username & Password you will then have to choose the server: because this is a demo trade account, for this instance you'll then choose 'Demo', if it was a live XAUUSD MetaTrader account/real account then you would have to choose 'Real' Server on This MT5 option by clicking the drop down arrow on the right side of the above text box.

Then check box 'Save Account Info'

Then Press 'Log In '

Once you click login your details will be authenticated and you will then have access to your MetaTrader 5 account and when logged in to your MetaTrader MT5 account you can start to trade & place new trade orders in the market in MT5 Software. If you do not have MetaTrader Account login details you can get these details by signing up a demo trading account with a MetaTrader broker.

Once you login you can then check your MT5 account balance and set up your trades. To know that you've signed in to the correct MetaTrader Account you can check the details as shown below: (You will need to open Navigator Window: Short Cut Keyboard Keys, Press both CTRL+N on your keyboard)

The above example Shows the details of your MT5 demo MT5 account on the trade platform workspace after you've logged in, whether it is a demo MT5 account or a live MT5 account as well as the MT5 account sign in number & the MT5 account name.

A demo MT5 account will have a green cartoon icon while live MT5 account will have a xauusd cartoon icon, when you open a live account you'll know what this statement is talking about. Just know in the above picture where there a green cartoon you will now see a XAUUSD Cartoon.

If you have many MetaTrader Accounts on the same MT5 XAUUSD Platform, these will all be listed on This MT5 option, you can double click on the cartoon icon to choose the one you want to sign-in to from the place.
