How to Place Indicators in MT4 Gold Charts

Step 1: Open The Platform Navigator Window

Open the MetaTrader 4 Navigator window as shown below: Navigate to "View" menu (click) and then select "Navigator" window (click), or From the Standard Tool Bar click the "Navigator" button key or press short cut keyboard keys "Ctrl+N"

On the Navigator window, choose 'Indicators', (DoubleClick)

Step 2: Expand the MetaTrader 4 Indicators Menu on the Navigator

Expand the menu by clicking ##2expand button marker (+) or ##2double click ##2"indicators" menu, after this the button will then now appear as (-) ##3& will now be shown as a list as illustrated below.

From the Above panel you then can place any technical indicator that you want on the chart.

Placing Zigzag MetaTrader 4 Indicator on Chart

Step 1: Select the Zigzag MT4 Indicator button on the MT4 list of indicators as illustrated below:

Step 2: Doubleclick the Zigzag MetaTrader 4 Indicator Button Key, and click okay to place it on the chart as shown below:

To Change the Settings, right-click on the Zigzag MT4 Technical Indicator, choose properties settings and then edit the properties using pop up menu that appears & then click ok button key after you change settings.

The following pop up window appears & the Zigzag MetaTrader 4 Indicator settings can be edited from this popup panel.
