How to Open a Gold Demo Account on MT4
Gold practice accounts are used by beginner traders to practice & learn how to trade the gold trading market.
A demo gold account is also used by traders to learn about the workings of a gold platform - for examples MetaTrader 4 gold demo account can be used by traders to learn how MetaTrader 4 software works.
Once a trader opens a gold demo account on the MT4 platform, the demo account can be used to login to the MT4 platform. Once a trader opens and logs in to their MT4 platform using the MT4 gold practice account they can then open gold charts, interpret gold charts & open gold trades in MetaTrader 4 platform using this MT4 gold practice account.
To open this gold demo account a trader will first need to sign up with their gold broker and specify to open MT4 gold practice account after which they will be issued with a MetaTrader 4 gold demo account login number and password.
Using this login account number & the account password gold traders can then login to the MT4 platform and place trades on their demo account using this MT4 platform software.
Opening A MetaTrader 4 Gold Demo Account from MT4
Gold traders can also open a gold MT4 practice account from MT4 software.
To open a gold MT4 demo account from the MT4 platform a trader will first need to download the MT4 software.
After downloading the MetaTrader 4 platform a trader will then need to setup the MetaTrader 4 software on their computer.
After installing the MT4 platform on their computer a trader will then need to open the MT4 platform on their computer and from the MT4 platform workspace a trader will then follow procedure described below so as to open a Gold Demo Trading Account on the MT4 Platform.
- Choose File Menu at the Tops Left Corner of the MetaTrader 4 platform
- Select Open Gold Account from the File Drop Down Menu
- Select Open Gold Practice Account Option
- A MT4 Gold Demo Account Sign up Panel will then appear prompting you as the beginner gold trader to register for a MetaTrader 4 gold demo account.
Once you register for the MT4 gold practice account you'll then be provided with gold account log in credentials - MT4 Demo Account Login Number and Login Password.
You can then use these MT4 demo account login details to sign in to your MT4 Gold Demo Account. To login to your MT4 gold account you can use the following procedure:
- Open MT4 software that is installed on your PC Desktop computer
- Choose File Menu at the Tops Left Corner of the MetaTrader 4 platform
- Select Gold Account Log in from the File Drop Down Menu
- Choose Demo Account Login Option
- A MT4 Gold Demo Account Login up Panel will then appear prompting you to enter your MT4 gold practice account login number and password.
- Click Log in
Once you click the login button you'll then be logged in to your MT4 gold practice account and you can then use your MT4gold demo account to open gold trades in MetaTrader 4 platform.
