To login & gold trade in MetaTrader 4 platform follow the step by step tutorial described below:
How to Login on MT4
- Open the MetaTrader 4 software that is installed on your PC
- Select File Menu at the tops left corner of MT4 platform
- Select Log in to Trade Account from the File drop-down menu
- Type your MetaTrader 4 gold account login & password
- Select the Server - Real for MT4 real gold account and Demo for MT4 practice gold trading account
- Click Ok Button to Login to MetaTrader 4 Gold Trading Account
How to Trade on MetaTrader 4 Software
To trade on MetaTrader 4 follow the step by step guide described below:
- Choose View Menu at the tops left corner of MT4 platform
- Select Market Watch panel from the view dropdown menu
- Once you open the Market Watch panel
- Select the gold instrument that you want to trade
- Open the gold chart of that gold instrument by double clicking on the gold trading instrument
- On the gold chart, right click on the gold chart
- Choose New Order
- Choose Buy or Sell to open a buy gold trade or a sell gold trade transaction.
On the gold order panel you will also need to specify the lot size for the trade you want to open.
