Place On Balance Volume Indicator on Commodities Chart in MetaTrader 4

Step 1: Open The Software Navigator Window Panel

Open the Navigator window as illustrated and shown below: Go to " View " menu (click it) & then choose the " Navigator " window (click), or From Standard Tool Bar click on the "Navigator" button key or press short cut keyboard keys "Ctrl+N"

On Navigator window, choose 'Technical Indicators' , (Double Click)

Step 2: Expand the Commodities Trading Indicators Menu on Navigator Window

Expand the menu by clicking on the expand button key marker (+) or double click "indicators" menu, after this the button key will appear as (-) and will now show & display a list as illustrated and shown below.

From the Above window you can then place any technical indicator you want on the commodities trading chart. The OBV commodity trading volume technical indicator can be used as a commodity trading reversal indicator, commodity trading exit indicator or commodity entry indicator.

Placing On Balance Volume Trading Indicator on Commodity Trading Chart

Step 1: Select the On Balance Volume button key on MT4 list of technical indicators as displayed below:

Step 2: Double click On Balance Volume Button, and click okay to place the OBV Indicator on the commodities chart as illustrated and shown below:

To Adjust the Settings, right click on the On Balance Volume Technical Indicator, select properties setting and then edit properties of the indicator using the pop up menu that appears and then click ok button key once you've changed the settings.
