Place Average True Range Indicator on Commodities Trading Chart in MT4

How to Place Commodities Trading Indicators in MT4 Commodities Trading Charts

Step 1: Open The Software Navigator Window

Open the Navigator window as illustrated and shown below: Go to ' View ' menu (click it) & then choose the ' Navigator ' window (click), or From the Standard Tool Bar click on 'Navigator' button key or press short cut keyboard keys 'Ctrl+N'

On Navigator window panel, choose 'Technical Indicators' , (DoubleClick)

Step 2: Expand the Commodities Trading Indicators Menu on Navigator Window Panel

Expand technical indicator menu by clicking on expand button key marker (+) or double-click the 'indicators' menu, after this the button key will appear as (-) and will now illustrate & display a list as illustrated and shown below.

From Above window panel you can then place any technical indicator you want on the commodities trading chart.

Placing ATR on a Commodities Trading Chart

Step 1: Select the Average True Range button on the MT4 list of technical indicators as shown below:

Step 2: Double click Average True Range Button Key, and click okay to place the ATR on the commodity chart as illustrated & shown below:

Edit Commodity Technical Indicator Setting

To Adjust the Settings, right click on ATR, select properties setting & then edit properties of technical indicator using popup menu that appears & click ok button key once you've changed setting.

The following window pop up appears & Average True Range Technical Indicator settings can be edited from this window popup.
