Place Moving Average Trading Indicator on Commodities Chart in MetaTrader 4

This Tutorial will explain how to place the Moving Average Commodities Trading Indicator on a Commodity Trading Chart in the MT4 Platform. For technical analysis: Technical analysis of commodity trading Moving Average.

How to Place Commodity Technical Indicators on MT4 Commodity Trading Charts

Step 1: Open The Platform Navigator Panel

Open Navigator window as illustrated & shown below: Go to " View " menu (click it) & then select " Navigator " window (click), or From Standard Tool Bar click on the "Navigator" button key or press short cut keyboard keys "Ctrl+N"

On Navigator window, choose 'Technical Indicators' , (Double Click)

Step 2: Expand the Commodities Technical Indicators Menu on Navigator Window

Expand the menu by clicking on the expand button key marker (+) or double click the "indicators" menu, after this the button key will appear as (-) and will now show & display a list as illustrated and shown below.

From the Above window you can then place any technical indicator you want on the Commodity Trading chart.

Placing Moving Average on Commodities Chart

Step 1: Select the Moving Average button key in MT4 list of technical indicators as displayed below:

Step 2: Double click Moving Average Button, and click okay to place the indicator on the commodities chart as illustrated and shown below:

Edit Trading Indicator Setting

To Adjust the Settings, right-click in Indicator, select properties setting and then edit properties of the technical indicator using the pop up menu that appears and then click ok button key once you've changed the settings.

The following window panel popup pops up & Technical Indicator settings can be edited from this window popup.
