Types of Commodity Trading Market Orders & Pending Commodities Trading Orders

Market Commodity Trading Order

This is the most basic type of commodity order, market order is used to buy or sell at current request or bid commodity trading quote commodity price. This refers to the quoted commodity price that appears on your commodity trading platform.

This type of commodities trading order is used for buying or selling according to the current exchange rate quotation in Commodity Trading, the execution is instant. The minute you want to enter a position you can buy & sell commodity at a click of a button key using a commodity market order.

Entry Commodity Trading Orders

These are commodity orders used to open a new trade after the commodities market reaches a commodity price specified by the trader.

Entry orders are used to buy or sell commodity when it attains a certain commodity price target.

When a specific commodity price level is reached or broken then a commodity trading entry order is executed.

These Entry Commodity Trading Orders are used open and enter in to a trade at a specified price level. It's almost impossible to monitor the commodities trading market every second and this is why an entry order can be handy. If you feel the commodities trading market might take a certain action, such as break through a particular commodity price level that it has been touching but it has not been able to break, you would want to use an Entry Limit Commodity Trading Order. Once the commodities trading market crosses your specified level, your entry limit commodity trading order is executed.

There are 2 types of entry orders - limit commodity trading order & stop entry order.

These entry orders are also referred to as pending commodity trading orders.

Entry Limit Commodity Trading Order

An order to buy or sell at a specific limit.

An entry limit commodity trading order can be used to buy below current commodity price or sell above the current commodity price.

When buying, entry limit is executed when the price falls to your limit zone.

When selling, entry limit is executed when price rises to your limit region.

These Entry Limit Commodity Trading Orders are placed by traders when they expect the commodities trading market to bounce back after reaching the commodity price level at which the entry limit was placed.

Entry Stop Commodity Trading Order

An entry stop pending order to buy above the current commodity price or to sell below the current commodity price.

When buying, entry stop order is executed as the commodities trading market goes upwards and hits buy stop level.

When selling, entry stop order is executed as the commodities trading market goes down & hits the sell stop level.
