How to Trade Downward CFD Trend Line

These are the levels where if cfd price retraces then these points will provide strong resistance. A cfd downward channel is plotted by drawing a line that's parallel to the downward cfd trendline & then adjusting it to touch the bottoms boundary of the cfd price movement. This then forms a downward cfd channel & as long as a price stays between these 2 channels the general cfd market direction is intact the cfd market direction will continue being bearish.

The downward cfd channel is used by traders to show levels where it is best to take profits. Traders will take some profit once the cfd price touches the lower channel and wait for another retracement before opening a short sell cfd trading again.
