Forex Login to Account - MetaTrader 4 Login Authorization
Once you begin your MT4 platform you will have to log in to your practice trading account or real forex account - this is known as MetaTrader 4 Login Authorization. For MT4 Sign in Authorization, click on file then click login
The following pop up appears
Login to Account - MT4 Login Authorization
Specify your forex account number & password, the server you can select using the down arrow. Tick 'save log in information' and click login - Forex MetaTrader 4 Login - MetaTrader 4 Login Authorization. This is referred to as MT4 login authorization, every time before trading you will have to perform authorization on the MT4 software.
Forex Login to Account - MetaTrader 4 Login Authorization Failed
If the MetaTrader 4 Login Authorization Failed while you were trying to login to your forex trading account you will need to check if you typed the correct MT4 Login Number as well as the correct Login Password. You can try to retype again the forex log in credentials - forex account number & forex account password to try and see if this solves the MetaTrader 4 Login Authorization Failed Error.
You can also check to confirm that on your MetaTrader 4 platform you are using the correct MT4 Server for your forex platform - if you are trading on a forex demo account then confirm the demo server is selected and if you are using a real forex trading account then confirm the real server is selected on the MT4 forex login window below Account Login and Account Password Form Field.
If you still get this error - MetaTrader 4 Login Authorization Failed - you can try to restart your MT4 platform and then retype your forex account login details using the procedure explained above.
If you are using a forex demo account you can also register for a new demo account and get a new forex demo account that has new forex account log in credentials - Forex Account Number and Password and you can use this new Demo forex account to login to the MT4 software.
If you are using a forex real trading MT4 account then you can change your forex account login details from your Client Area - Secure Client Area - Forex Cabinet on your forex broker website and then use the new forex account login details to login to the forex MetaTrader 4 software.
