Place a New CFDs Order on Tools Menu on MetaTrader 4 Platform

A new order to buy or sell a trade can be found on the tools menu found in MetaTrader 4 Platform. The Button for placing a new trade is displayed below. (Short-Cut Key board Keys 'F9')

Placing a New CFD Order

As a cfd trader, once you select the new order button as displayed above the following popup panel will appear. This pop up panel includes the settings for placing a new trade.

The Following Settings are specified for setting up a new order:

1. Quote - Specify the instrument to be traded - cfd.
2. Volume - The Number of Lots to be transacted
3. Stop Loss CFDs Order - Set Stop Loss CFD Order, This option can be set after opening trade, or for pending cfd orders
4. Take Profit CFDs Order - Set Take Profit CFD Order, This option can be set after opening trade, or for pending cfd orders
5. Type: Market Execution or Pending CFD Order
6. Sell by Market - Open a Sell Trade
7. Buy by Market - Open a Buy Trade

To Buy at current cfd price hit the Buy by Market button

To Sell at current cfd price hit the Sell by Market button key

Setting Pending CFDs Orders

To Set a pending trade at another cfd price, Change the 'Type' option from 'Market Execution' to "Pending CFD Order" as shown below.

A menu list will pop-up & show the following options.

1. Buy Limit CFD Order
2. Sell Limit CFD Order
3. Buy Stop CFDs Order
4. Sell Stop CFD Order

Once you choose the type of pending cfd order to place: then click the 'Place' button key as illustrated on the above screen-shot to complete the setup.
