The SubMenu, within MetaTrader 4 Indicators Insert Menu can be used to place these MetaTrader 4 Indicators on a cfd chart by selecting and then clicking on the MT4 CFDs Chart Indicator to place it on the cfd chart.
Once you click on an MetaTrader 4 technical indicator the following window will pop:
As a trader you can just click the 'OK' button key to place MetaTrader 4 Indicator on the cfd chart.
You can also change a few MT4 Indicators setting, for example in the above MetaTrader 4 CFD Trading Indicator you can set the color style to blue, change the line width and change the period used to calculate the MT4 Indicator settings.
A level can also be added by selecting the 'Levels' button key as illustrated below:
To add a level on a MetaTrader 4 indicator, just click the add button key & select the level where you want to add this zones, normally this is set as a number. The color of the level can also be changed on the style button marked silver along with format of the line & the width of the line.
The next button shown below, visualization button is used to determine which cfd chart timeframe the MT4 technical indicator should pop on:
