How to Place MetaTrader 5 Indicators in MT5 Crypto Charts
Step 1: Open The Platform Navigator Panel
Open Navigator window just as is illustrated & shown below: Navigate to 'View' menu (click it) & then select 'Navigator' window (press), or From Standard Tool Bar click 'Navigator' button or press key-board short-cut keys 'Ctrl+N'
On the MetaTrader 5 Navigator window, select "Technical Indicators", (DoubleClick)
Step 2: Expand the MT5 Crypto Indicators Menu on the Navigator
Expand MT5 indicator window menu by pressing the unfold button sign ' + ' or doubleclick the 'indicators' menu, after this the MT5 button will then appear and be shown as (-) & will now display a listing like is illustrated below.
From Above window you then can add any MT5 indicator that you as a trader want on the MT5 btcusd crypto chart.
Placing and Adding Fractals on BTCUSD CryptoCurrency Chart
Step 1: Select/Choose the button on the MT5 list of indicators as depicted below:
Step 2: Double-click the Fractals Button, & click ok button to add the technical indicator to the chart just as is shown below:

To Change Settings, right-click on the Fractals, choose properties settings & then edit settings of the Fractals using the popup menu which pops up and then click ok button once you change the settings.
The following pop up window/panel pops up & MT5 Indicator properties can be edited using this pop-up panel.
