How to Trade on MT4 Software Platform

To log in and trade Bitcoin on MT4, use the steps below.

How to Login in MT4 Platform Software

  1. Open MetaTrader 4 software that is installed in your PC
  2. Choose File Menu at the left top corner of MT4 software
  3. Choose Login to Trade Account from the File drop-down menu
  4. Type your MT4 bitcoin account sign in & password
  5. Select/Choose the Server - Real for MT4 real bitcoin account and Demo for MT4 practice bitcoin trading account
  6. Click Ok Button to Login to MT4 Bitcoin Trading Account

How to Trade on MT4 Software Platform

To trade in MT4 follow step-by-step course explained:

  1. Choose View Menu at the top left corner of MT4 software
  2. Select Market-Watch window from the view drop-down menu
  3. Once you open the MarketWatch panel
  4. Choose and Select the crypto instrument you as a trader want to trade
  5. Open the bitcoin chart of that crypto instrument by double-click on the bitcoin instrument
  6. On the bitcoin crypto chart, right click in the bitcoin chart
  7. Select New Order
  8. Choose Buy or Sell to open a buy btcusd crypto trade or a sell bitcoin trade position.

On the btcusd order window you also will need to specify the lot/contract size for the trade transaction that you as a trader want to open.
