A sell limit pending order is an order to sell stocks at a better stocks price after the stock market price has retraced.
Setting Sell Limit Stocks Orders on MT4 Platform
To set these sell limit pending orders in MetaTrader 4 platform use the following procedure:
- Right click on stock trading chart
- Choose "Trading" Option on the Menu
- Then Select "New" Order Option on the Pop-up widow that pops up
- Then on the trade setup popup panel that pops up (illustrated below), under label "Type" choose the option of "Pending Stocks Order" instead of "market execution" trade order
- Under the pending stocks order options select the pending stocks trading order type: For This trade select "Sell Limit Stock Order" so as to place a pending sell limit order and after which specify the stocks price at which you want the sell entry limit stocks order executed.
