MT4 demo stocks account is a free practice stocks account provided for beginner traders by online stocks brokers, otherwise known as a demo stock trading account that you practice and learn stocks with, the cash on a demo account is virtual, not real money. No beginner stocks trader uses real money to begin with, all beginners use the stocks practice account to practice with before investing real money to trade with. The MT4 demo stock trading practice account is meant to provide free stocks trading training practice to beginners while they learn how to trade the online stocks market.
You'll need to sign up and sign up with a stocks trading broker before you can get this free stocks trading practice account. After you sign up for a stocks demo account you will then get MT4 stocks account sign in credentials for your MT4 stocks trading practice account. You will then use these MetaTrader 4 stocks account login details to login to your stocks trading MT4 demo account & begin practicing stocks with it.
Setting Up MT4 Stocks Trading Platform
After you have received MetaTrader 4 stocks account sign in details you will then install the MT4 stocks trading software on your computer. If you have not installed any software before go to the web browser folder where you downloaded the MT4 platform (don't know where that is, just Press both Ctrl & J - CTRL+J or (CTRL+Y) - Keys on your keyboard, and your MT4 platform download will appear), double click the MT4 stocks trading download file and click next, next until you finish the MT4 platform installation.
After installing the MT4 platform software you will then open the MT4 platform from the start menu of your computer. After you open the MT4 platform you will then get the MT4 workspace that you will be working with which may seem complicated at first but it is not. At 'top left corner' of the MetaTrader 4 software software click on the 'File' Menu, a drop down menu appears, scroll to where there is 'Login' and select it. You will then enter your MT4 stocks login 'username' and 'password' which you got when you signed up on your stocks broker's website.' You will then be logged into your MT4 platform and you can then start stocks.
After this you will see your stocks account balance displayed just below the stocks charts on the MT4 platform workspace and you can now start using the MT4 platform to place demo stock trades on the stocks market using this MT4 platform.
