Drawing Line Charts on the MT4 Software

This corresponds to the fifth selection available within the charts menu in the MetaTrader 4 program. The line chart button is illustrated below.

The line charts are not well-liked and are not used by many traders because they don't show a lot of details that help with trading research. This choice will only make a price line connecting the closing prices of a currency pair, leaving out all other information.

Compared to candlestick charts that provide detailed information like opening price, closing price, highs, and lows, line charts offer a simplified representation, omitting much of this detailed market data.

Most of this data is useful & used by most traders when using trading analysis technique therefore the candles are preferred because they provide more information for technical analysis.

This Chart Style Is Not Common Among Traders, So It's Rarely Used.
