How Do You Trade a Forex Trading Downward Trend?

A downward forex trend in forex is the phenomenon of forex prices to move in a downwards direction for a long period of time.

Downward forex trends can be read & interpreted using a downwards forex trend line.

Downward forex trend line helps forex traders to define the general downward direction of the forex prices. Downward forex trend lines connect a series of forex price highs forming a sloping downward trend which represents the general downwards movement of the forex price.

For a downwards sloping trend line this is known as a forex downwards trend - the trend line drawn is known as a downward forex trend line.

How Do You Read a Forex Downward Trend?

A downward forex trend-line is plotted above the forex price pattern formed by consecutive lower highs - lower price highs - downward forex trend-line must connect at-least two forex price highs - with the most recent forex price high being lower.
