How Do You Trade a Forex Symbol on MetaTrader 5?

To add forex quotes on the MetaTrader 5 software use the MT5 "Market Watch" Window - To Open the MT5 Market Watch Window, Click "View" Menu next to "File" Menu at the top left corner of your MT5 forex Platform - from the drop-down menu select "Market Watch" button so as to open "Market Watch" on the MT5 platform.

Once you open the MT5 Market Watch window the list of available forex symbols will be displayed on the MT5 platform and as forex trader you can open a forex chart from this MT5 market watch window. From this MT5 Market watch window you can also add forex quotes in the MT5 software.

If you want to add more forex symbols on this MT5 Market Watch window, Right Click within the MT5 Market Watch window and a Pop Window appears - from this MT5 popup window select the option - "Show All" - this will then display all the forex symbols that are available for forex trading on MetaTrader 5 platform.

Once the forex symbols are opened in MT5 Market Watch window panel, you can then choose any of the forex symbol & open a forex chart by double-clicking on that forex symbol.
