Place CCI Trading Indicator in Chart
This tutorial will explain how to place Commodity Channel Index, Commodity Channel Index CCI trading indicator on chart in MT4 Platform. For Analysis: Technical Analysis of CCI.
How to Place Indicators on MT4 Charts
Step 1: Open Navigator Panel on Trading Platform Software
Open Navigator window as shown and illustrated below: Go to 'View' menu (press on it), then choose 'Navigator' panel (press), or From Standard Tool-Bar click 'Navigator' button or press key-board shortcut keys 'Ctrl+N'
On Navigator window, select 'Indicators', (DoublePress)
Step 2: Expand the Technical Indicators Menu on the Navigator
Expand the technical indicator menu by clicking expand button mark (+) or double-click 'indicators' menu, after that, this button will then now appear as (-) and will now show as a list as shown below.
From Above window you can then place any trading indicator that you want onto the +trading chart.
Setting CCI on Chart
Step 1: Select the CCI button on the MT4 list of technical indicators as illustrated below:
Step 2: Doubleclick CCI Button, & click okay button to insert the trading indicator on chart as shown & displayed below:
Edit CCI Indicator Settings
To Change Settings, right click in Commodity Channel Index, choose properties & then edit the properties of the CCI Indicator using the pop up menu that pops up and then click okay after changing the settings.
The following pop up appears and the settings can be edited from this popup window.
