Setting Up MT4 Commodity Trading Platform

After you have signed up for a practice - you will use the account login details and you can then download and install the MetaTrader 4 platform on your computer. If you have not installed any software before go to the folder where you downloaded it (don't know where that is, just do this Press both Ctrl & J i.e. CTRL+J or (CTRL+Y) Keys on your keyboard, and your downloads will appear), double-click the download MT4 file and click next, next until you finish installing.

After you have installed the MT4 software you will then open the platform software from the start menu of your computer. After you have opened the MT4 commodities trading platform you'll see the interface you will be working with & it may seem complicated at first but it is not. At the "top left corner" of MT4 commodities trading platform software click on the "File" Menu, a drop down menu appears, scroll to where you see "Login" and click it. You will then be prompted to enter the "username" and "password" which you got when you registered for a practice trading account on your broker's site.' You are now logged in to your MT4 commodities trading platform & you're ready to start trading in the MT4 platform.

After this you will see your account balance displayed just below the charts and you can now start using the MT4 commodities trading platform to place practice trade transactions on the commodities trading market.
