How to Open a Chart on MT4 - MT4 Live Charts
Once you've opened a demo practice account the next thing is to open a trading chart so that to begin & start trading.
For this trading example lets start with a blank screen on the MT4 software platform interface.
To open a new chart from the illustration below, press the 'File' tab at the top left corner of MT4 platform software such as shown below, then select the option/choice 'New Chart'.

After clicking 'New Chart' a drop down menu will appear with a list of currency pairs that you as a trader can select which chart to open. For illustration, the first currency pair in the selection is the EURUSD, clicking EURUSD will open the chart for this currency pair.

The following chart then will be opened on the MT4 platform as shown below.

You as a trader can maximize chart just as shown below & you as a trader can then open trade positions from the charts or you can place analysis indicators to analyze and interpret the currency price movement.

This is how to open new trading chart on the software platform. You can open as many charts as possible and these will be ordered in form of chart tabs & you can navigate using these chart tabs just as is shown below.
