Trading Stocks Setup MT5 Stocks Platform

After you have signed up for a stocks practice practice account - you'll use the account log in details & you as a trader can use then download & install MetaTrader 5 stocks software on your computer. If you have not installed any software before go to the folder where you downloaded it (don't know where that is, just do this Press both Ctrl & J i.e. CTRL+J or (CTRL+Y) Keys on your keyboard, and a list of your downloads will appear), double click the download MT5 file and click next, next until you finish installing.

After you have installed MetaTrader 5 stocks software you will then open the MT5 stock platform from the begin menu of your PC computer. After you've opened MT5 stock platform you will see the MT5 stock platform interface you will be working with which may seem complicated at first but it is not.

At the 'top left corner' of the MT5 stock platform software click on the 'File' Menu, a drop down menu appears, scroll to where you see 'Login' and click it. You will then be prompted to enter the 'username' and 'password' which you got when you registered for a MT5 practice trading account on your stocks broker's site.' You are now logged in to your MT5 stock platform & you are ready to begin stocks on the MT5 platform.

After this you will see your stocks account balance displayed just below the stock charts and you can now start using the MT5 stock platform to place demo trade transactions on the stock trading market.
