Stocks Login to MT5 Platform

Before placing any trade on the MetaTrader 5 software, you'll be required to login to your account & get authenticated before gaining access to the account. Authentication is checking to see if the login credentials you provide for User Name and Pass Word are the correct sign in details for the trading account.

To begin trading on MetaTrader 5 platform, just click on 'File', then tap and click 'Login' button from the file drop down menu as shown below.

As a trader once you click this login button, then a pop up window will appear prompting you to input your Username and Password as shown below:

Once you in put your User Name & Password you'll then have to choose the server: because this is a demo stocks trading account, for this instance you will then select 'Demo', if it was a real Stocks Trading account/live Stocks Trading account then you would have to choose 'Real' Server on this option by clicking the dropdown arrow on the right side of the above text box.

Then tick box 'Save Account Information'

Then Click 'Login'

Once you click login your details will be authenticated and you will then have access to your MT5 stocks account and when logged in to your stocks account you can begin to trade & place new trade orders in the stocks market on the MT5 platform. If you do not have login details you can get these details by registering a demo trading account with a broker.
