A downwards stocks channel is drawn by plotting a line that is parallel to the downward stocks trendline & then adjusting it to touch the bottoms boundary of the stocks price movement. This then forms a downwards stocks channel & as long as the price moves between these two channels the stocks trend direction movement will continue moving downwards.
