Use stocks candle charts
- The chart points used to draw the stocks trend are along the lows of the stocks price bars in a rising stocks market. An upward bullish stocks trend move is defined by higher highs and higher lows.
- The points used to plot are along the highs of the stocks price bars in a falling stocks market. A downward bearish stocks trend move is defined by lower highs and lower lows.
- The chart points used to draw the trend lines are extremes points - the high or the low stocks price. These stocks price extremes are important because a close beyond the extreme tells stocks traders that the stocks trend of the stocks trading instrument might be changing. This is an entry stocks signal or an exit stocks trade signal.
- The more often a trend is touched by stocks price but it's not broken, the more powerful the trend signal.
