How to Download MT4
To download the MT4 platform a trader will need to first of all go to their forex broker web site and form the forex trading platform section of their forex broker website select MT4 platform & choose the link to download the MetaTrader 4 platform.
How to Install the MT4
After a beginner trader has downloaded the MT4 platform on their computer they will then need to first install this MT4 platform on their computer before they can start to trade with this MetaTrader 4 platform.
To install MetaTrader 4 software a trader will need to open MT4 software download file, the download file can be found on the downloads folder on your PC computer, once you open the MetaTrader 4 platform download file you'll then get MT4 software setup wizard - to install MetaTrader 4 platform just follow the installation instructions by click the setup button - then click next until MetaTrader 4 platform setup is complete.

You can then use your MetaTrader 4 demo account sign in credentials to log in to your MetaTrader 4 Forex Practice Account.
To sign in to your MT4 forex trading account you can use the following procedure:
- Open MetaTrader 4 platform that's installed on your PC Desktop computer
- Select File Menu at the Top Left Corner of MetaTrader 4 platform
- Select Forex Account Log in from the File Drop Down Menu
- Choose Demo Account Sign in Option
- A MT4 Forex Demo Account Sign in up Panel will then appear prompting you to enter your MetaTrader 4 forex demo account sign in number & password.
- Click Log in
Forex Real Account Sign in
You can use your MetaTrader 4 real account log in credentials to sign in to your MetaTrader 4 Real Forex Trading Account.
To sign in to your MT4 real forex trading account you can use the following procedure:
- Open MetaTrader 4 platform that's installed on your PC Desktop computer
- Select File Menu at the Top Left Corner of MetaTrader 4 platform
- Select Forex Account Log in from the File Drop Down Menu
- Choose Real Account Sign in Option
- A MT4 Forex Real Account Sign in up Panel will then appear prompting you to enter your MetaTrader 4 forex real account sign in number & password.
