To setup and trade forex on the MT4 platform, you will need to first register for a demo forex trading practice account - as a trader you will then use the forex demo account login details on your forex MT4 platform. Once you download and install the MT4 platform on your PC Desktop computer - you'll access the forex trading platform through your forex practice account.
If you have downloaded this forex trading software on your PC - then you will need to locate the download MT4 location on your web browser - go to the folder where you downloaded the MT4 platform (if you do not know where this folder is, just do this Press keyboard short cut keys Ctrl & J - CTRL+J or (CTRL+Y) Keys on your keyboard, and your downloads folder will appear), double click the downloaded MT4 platform installation file - open the MT4 installation wizard and click next, next until you finish installing the MT4 software.
After you have installed and setup the MT4 platform you will then open the MT4 software from the start menu of your computer.
