A downward forex channel is drawn by plotting a line that is parallel to the downwards forex trend-line and then adjusting it to touch the bottoms boundary of the forex price movement. This then forms a downward forex channel and as long as the price stays between these 2 channels the FX market trend direction movement will continue heading down.
