To hide Quotes in the MT5 platform use the MT5 'Market Watch' Window.
To Open the MT5 MarketWatch Window, Click "View' Menu next to 'File" Menu at the tops left corner of MT5 software, then from the drop-down menu choose 'Market Watch' button so as to open 'Market Watch' in the MT5 Platform.
