To hide forex trading Currency Symbols on the MT5 platform use the MT5 "Market Watch" Window.
To Open MetaTrader 5 Market Watch Window, Click "View" Menu next to "File" Menu at the top left corner of MT5 platform, then from the dropdown menu choose "Market Watch" button so as to open "Market Watch" on the MetaTrader 5 forex Platform.
