Forex Trading Platform MT5 Setup

After you have signed up for a forex practice practice account - you will use the account log in details and you as a trader can use then download & install the MetaTrader 5 software on your PC Desktop computer. If you've never installed any software before navigate to the folder where you downloaded it (do not know where that is, do this Press both Ctrl & J i.e. CTRL+J or (CTRL+Y) Keys on your keyboard, and your downloads will pop up), doubleclick the download MT5 file & click next, next until you finish.

After you have installed MT5 software you will then open the MT5 platform from the begin menu of your PC computer. After you have opened MT5 platform you will see the MT5 platform interface you will be working with which might seem complicated at first but it's not.

At the 'top left corner' of the MetaTrader 5 platform software click on 'File' Menu, a drop-down menu pops up, scroll to where you see "Sign in" & click it. You will then be asked to enter the 'username' & 'password' that you got when you signed up for a MetaTrader 5 practice trading account on your forex broker's web site.' You are now logged into your MT5 platform & you are ready to begin forex trading in MetaTrader 5 software.

After this you will see your forex account balance displayed just below the forex charts and you can now start using the MT5 platform to place demo trades on the Forex trading market.
