Trading XAUUSD Set a Sell Stop Gold Order on MT4

The example illustrated below explains how to set sell stop order in MetaTrader 4 software.

A sell stop pending order is an order to sell a gold at a gold price that is below the existing market gold price.

Setting Sell Stop XAUUSD Orders on MT4 Platform

1. Open a XAUUSD Gold Trading Chart
2. Right-Click on the Chart to open the Trade "Order" Window
3. On the Trade Order Window Panel, Choose Pending XAUUSD Order as shown below
4. Select Pending order Type as Sell Stop XAUUSD Order as Show below
5. After selecting Sell Stop Gold Order - Click "Place" Order and specify the sell stop gold price level where the order will be opened
