To set a Sell Limit Gold Order in the MT4 Platform - Use the "New Order" panel in the MT4 software "Tools" menu.

A new order to buy or sell a trade can be found on the tools menu that's found in the MetaTrader 4 Platform. The Button key for placing a new trade is displayed below. (Short-Cut Key board Keys "F9")

As a xauusd trader, once you select the new order button as illustrated above the following popup window will appear. This popup includes all the settings for placing a new trade order.

Select the instrument which you want to set a Sell Limit XAUUSD Order for - then open it is xauusd chart & from the gold chart set the Sell Limit XAUUSD Order using the Sell Limit XAUUSD Order setting procedure explained on this example shown below:

To set up these sell limit pending orders in the MetaTrader 4 software use the following procedure explained:

1. Right click on xauusd chart
2. Choose "Trading" Option on the Menu
3. Then Select "New" Order Option on the Popup widow that pops up
4. Then on the trade setup popup panel that appears (illustrated below), under the label "Type" choose the option of "Pending XAUUSD Order" instead of "market execution" order
5. Under the pending xauusd order options select the pending xauusd order type: for This trade choose "Sell Limit XAUUSD Order" so as to place a pending sell limit order & after that specify the gold price at which you want the sell entry limit xauusd order executed.
