Window Menu for Charts

The window menu in MetaTrader 4 platform is where you access any of the open charts: listed here and can also be accessed from here: besides, you can open a new chart, arrange and rearrange, Tile Horizontally, Tile Vertically or even arrange and sort them as Icons.

New Window Panel

The new window option is the first item on this menu & is used to open new charts, by clicking this menu it'll show list of MetaTrader 4 symbols that one can trade with. Clicking any of instrument below will show a new xauusd.

Cascade Windows

To arrange the panels in a cascaded style manner, use cascade button which is the second option on the menu. An example of cascaded arrangement is illustrated & shown below.

Tile Horizontally Charts

The third option is Tile Horizontally Charts & this option will arrange all the charts horizontally as is displayed and shown in the trading example shown below.

Tile Vertically Charts

The 4th option in the panel menu is Tile Vertically Charts & this option will arrange and organize all the trading charts vertically like shown in the example illustrated below.

Arrange Icons

The fifth option is the arrange icons option which will arrange all charts as icons like as illustrated & displayed & shown on the trading example illustrated below.

Open Charts List

Next items are displayed as a list of the xauusd represented, the chart currently on the workspace is checked on the left like shown below. In the example shown below option number 8, XAUUSD is checked:

The more windows option pictured above also can be used to display a list of other opened xauusd that aren't on the list numbered from 1 to 9. By pressing this more option the following pop up will appear within the MT4 platform and one can choose any xauusd instrument from the pop-up.

To illustrate any of the above listed xauusd just click the "Activate" button to the right of this pop-up.
