These commodity orders are popularly used to trade when there's a consolidation chart pattern - placing a buy stop order to buy above the consolidation chart pattern and placing a sell stop order to sell below the consolidation chart pattern.

Open a Commodity Trading Commodities Chart, Right Click on Chart, Choose New Commodity Order, then Follow the steps below

Step1: Choose Pending order as illustrated & shown below

Step2: Select Pending commodity order Menu as Shown on the commodities trading example shown below

Pending Commodity Trading Orders

Limit order definition - Entry limit is an order to buy or sell a commodities at a certain commodity trading price which is a retracement level where commodity price is predicted to pullback to before resuming the original Commodity Trading trend. Traders use them to buy or sell at better market price. These types of orders are available in most online trading softwares, for our example we will be using the MT4 commodity trading software.

An entry of this type can be used to buy below the commodities trading market level (upward commodity trend market retracement) or sell above commodities market level (downward commodity trend Commodity Trading market retracement).

Buy limit - When buying, your entry buy limit pending order is executed when the commodities trading market falls to your set commodity trading price. ( price retraces down )

Sell limit - When selling, your entry sell limit pending order is executed when the commodities trading market rises to your set commodity price. (retraces up)

To set up these commodity orders on the MT4 platform, Right click on commodity chart>>> Select "Trading'>>> Then Select 'New" Order>>> Then on the popup window that appears (illustrated below), under label 'Type' select the option of "Pending" commodity order instead of 'market execution'>>> Under the commodity pending trading order options select the commodity pending order type: For This trade select either "Buy Limit Commodity Trading Order" pending commodity order or "Sell Limit Commodities Trading Order" pending commodity order depending on whether you want to place a pending buy or sell commodity trade order.
