A new commodities order to buy or sell a trade can be found on the tools popup menu within the MT4 Platform. The Button key for placing a new commodities trade is displayed & illustrated below. (ShortCut 'F9')

As a commodity trader, once you select the new order button key as illustrated above the following window popup will appear. This window popup includes all the settings used for placing a new trade order.
Select the instrument you want to set a Buy Limit Commodity Order for - then open it's commodity chart and from the commodity chart set the Buy Limit Commodity Trading Order using the Buy Limit Commodity Order setting procedure explained on this example illustrated and shown below:

To set up these buy limit pending orders in the MT4 software use the following explained procedure:
- Right click on commodity chart
- Select 'Trading' Option on the Menu
- Then Choose 'New' Order Option on the Pop-up widow that pops up
- Then on the trade setup pop up window panel that pops up (illustrated below), under label 'Type' choose the option of "Pending Commodity Order" instead of 'market execution' order
- Under the pending commodities trading order options select the pending commodity order type: For This trade choose 'Buy Limit Commodity Order' so that to place a pending buy limit pending order and after this specify the commodity price at which you want the buy entry limit commodity trading order executed.
